Introducing the Mom Sessions...
There are certain things in this life that hold the power to bring me right back to my childhood... the smell of Ivory dish soap, bubblegum flavored lipsmackers, freshly hung laundry on the clothesline, and any song by Fleetwood Mac, Kenny Rogers or Crystal Gayle. I love all things that take me back in time and I hold on to my memories dearly.
Sadly, I bet I can count on one hand (maybe even just a couple of fingers) how many photographs I have of myself as a child with my mom. That's probably why I absolutely love capturing images of these beautiful mamas and their kiddos. What a treasure to be able to look back 20 years from now and remember how beautiful mom looked and how her face lit up in their presence.
